ASGI provides to each subscribing employer compliance with reporting
and disclosure requirements of ERISA.
These ERISA services include providing participants with Summary Plan
Descriptions and Summary Annual Reports as part of federal disclosure
requirements. On the reporting side for the employer we provide 5500
tax filings where applicable.
The plan document is provided as part of the services, since ERISA requires
all employers, regardless of size, to have a written plan in order to
take a tax deduction for contributions toward employee benefits. All
coverages are aggregated under the umbrella of the employer's plan.
This facilitates packaging health insurance, life, short-term and long-term
disability, dental, and other group coverages.
